I offer coaching sessions. What is coaching? Simply put, it is generally about helping individuals to solve their own problems and improve their own performance.
As a journalist, I have spent my career in the pursuit of truth. Just as I believe the truth is ‘out there’, I believe each of us has our own inner truth. If we can find our own truth, then I believe we can connect with our values and discover our own unique and authentic path in life.
I’m currently completing a nine-month coach training course that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the largest governing body in the coaching industry.
