I'm a Dr Sears Wellness Institute Certified Health Coach with a speciality in Adults and Seniors. I offer a group workshops where I provide information and advice about how to improve your overall health and wellness. My sessions encompass 4 pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition (known as the L.E.A.N approach).
My group coaching workshops include evidence based content that empowers you with the knowledge and motivation you need to start your own health journey today. I also include fun interactive activities during the sessions.
I can offer sessions on the following topics:
- Make your own Medicine – how to make sure your body’s ‘internal pharmacy’ stays open!
- Make Health your Hobby – Understand what goes on in your body when you eat certain foods, and learn how you can incorporate simple, effective habits into your daily life.
- Move Waste from your Waist – Learn about one of the key indicators of health, and how to manage it for better outcomes. Understand the importance of exercise and movement in overall health and wellness.
- Live without Pain and Inflammation – In this session you will learn about a few key things in our lives which can contribute towards pain and inflammation and discover what actions you can take today to help reduce your incidences of this.
Each session takes approximately 60 minutes. I can offer a one off session to your group or a series of 4 (total of 4 hours)
